Festival Pass

Festival pass is the world first festival subscription service. Festival Pass is a company on a mission. They want to streamline the ticket buying process for festivals, making it easier for people to connect and live a more connected lifestyle. At Festival Pass we want the technology that fuels our events to be just as social and connected as festival themselves. Our app compliments the live experience with exclusive content, a social network and transparency around purchasing your tickets.

Festival Pass came to us shortly after raising seed fund round. We completed a road mapping project to develop a plan before continuing to Product Camp.

Why Product Camp?

Product Camp was a great fit for Festival Pass as they needed a dedicated team who would take ownership of the project while the founder focused on fundraising. Festival Pass needed a team that could also manage the product and synch with the existing development team.

Our Approach

Although Festival Pass would be web and mobile, we decided to focus on mobile to start building out the features of the product. The logic there is, mobile first forces us to be minimal in our feature set. This intern reduces the overall build time.

During our first month we were able to establish a brand identity and direction that resonated with the millennial target market. We helped with the copy, chose imagery and designed all brand assets.

We were able to complete the mobile design within the first 6 weeks of the product camp. The mobile gave the developers a clear idea of the feature set while preparing us for the web build.


​​Following the mobile design, in months 2-3 we prepared the web for our prelaunch. The web project needed to be agile as we were continuously making new partnerships and discovering new opportunities in our space. Our dedicated team was able to bring Festival Pass through the prelaunch.
